Navigating through your unit

This unit is made up of the following topics:

You can start with Topic 1 and work through the sections from start to finish, or jump to sub-topics and learning activities to focus on specific learning areas throughout your course.

Each topic will introduce you to key skills and knowledge areas, and the case studies will help you to understand how to apply this unit in a workplace setting.

Learning activities are included to help you check your understanding of key concepts.

The assessment allows you to demonstrate your understanding of skills and knowledge learnt and apply the core learning to your own workplace or simulated workplace context.
