Microcredentials
A suite of short courses that focuses on introducing learners to topics relating to health, agriculture, technology, sustainability, and innovative and emerging industries. A self-paced, interactive learning experience is provided, allowing learners to familiarise themselves with online learning, and build transferrable skills and knowledge for upskilling, or transitioning into a new career . On completion of each unit, learners will be credited with a digital badge on completion of each unit, for recognition of learning within employment or educational contexts.
CHC33021 - Certificate III in Individual Support
This qualification reflects the role of individuals in the community, home or residential care setting who work under supervision and delegation as a part of a multi-disciplinary team, following an individualised plan to provide person-centred support to people who may require support due to ageing, disability or some other reason.
Aspire's online package includes nine core units and six elective units, an online interactive course, quality reviewed and validated assessments, a facilitator and learner guide.
